Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Azure Senior Cloud Engineer (L3) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our clients’ cloud technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Skills Required

• ARM Templates
• Expert Level Troubleshooting
• Root Cause Analysis
• Azure PowerShell/CLI
• Azure Security Center

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex Tier 3 technical incidents and problems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for relevant systems and applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5-8 years of in-depth experience, demonstrating strong expertise. Advanced certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, CISSP) are strongly preferred.
