Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cabling Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our clients' core infrastructure & networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Skills Required
- Network Monitoring Tools
- VPN Technologies
- Network Configuration (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for relevant systems and applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2-5 years of relevant experience. Certifications related to the specific technologies are advantageous.
