For critical server issues (server crashes, database corruption, network outages), you get a guaranteed 15-minute response from a senior engineer via phone, email, or ticketing system. Non-critical issues (password resets, software installations) are handled within 4 hours. This SLA is included in all managed server support plans.
Do you provide 24/7 server monitoring?+
Yes. We monitor CPU usage, memory, disk space, network connectivity, and service availability 24/7. When thresholds are exceeded, our engineers get automatic alerts and investigate immediately. You also get access to real-time dashboards showing server health and performance metrics.
How do you charge for server support services?+
We offer fixed monthly pricing based on the number of servers and platforms. Typical plans: 1-5 servers ($299/month), 6-15 servers ($699/month), 16-30 servers ($1,299/month). Custom pricing for larger environments. One-time projects (migrations, upgrades) are quoted separately.
Can you help with server migrations and upgrades?+
Yes. We migrate servers between datacenters, physical to virtual (P2V), cloud migrations (on-premises to AWS/Azure), and operating system upgrades (Windows Server 2012 to 2022, CentOS 7 to RHEL 9, etc.). Most migrations are scheduled during maintenance windows to minimize downtime.
Do you support both on-premises and cloud servers?+
Yes. We support servers in your own datacenter, colocation facilities, and cloud platforms (AWS EC2, Azure Virtual Machines, Google Compute Engine). Many clients have hybrid environments — some servers on-premises, some in the cloud — and we manage both from a single pane of glass.
