Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled GCP Cloud Support Engineer (L1/L2) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our clients' cloud technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Skills Required
- GCP Services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC)
- GCP Security
- Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Basic Troubleshooting
- gcloud CLI
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1 support requests in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for relevant systems and applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 0-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
