Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network Engineer (L2) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our clients' core infrastructure & networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

- VPN Technologies
- Incident Management
- Advanced Troubleshooting
- Network Monitoring Tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle escalated Tier 2 technical issues and provide solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for relevant systems and applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in the relevant technologies. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, AWS Certified SysOps) are highly desirable.
