Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network Technician (L1) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our clients' core infrastructure & networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Skills Required

• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• VPN Technologies
• Network Monitoring Tools
• Basic Troubleshooting
• Network Configuration (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Tier 1 support requests in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for relevant systems and applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 0-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
