Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our clients’ core infrastructure & networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Skills Required

• Expert Level Troubleshooting
• Root Cause Analysis
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• VPN Technologies
• Mentoring Junior Staff

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex Tier 3 technical incidents and problems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for relevant systems and applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5-8 years of in-depth experience, demonstrating strong expertise. Advanced certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, CISSP) are strongly preferred.
