Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Network Engineer (L3) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our clients' core infrastructure & networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Skills Required

- VPN Technologies
- Mentoring Junior Staff
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead resolution of complex Tier 3 technical incidents and problems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for relevant systems and applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5-8 years of in-depth experience, demonstrating strong expertise. Advanced certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, CISSP) are strongly preferred.
