Is tax included in $10/user/month?+
No, sales tax may apply depending on your state. Base price $10/user/month. Annual: $120/user/year before tax.
What's the difference between E1 and Business Basic?+
E1 has a 100GB mailbox vs 50GB in Business Basic, and no user limit vs the 300-user cap on Business plans. E1 also adds enterprise features like Stream, Yammer, and eDiscovery-ready compliance. Choose E1 when you need more than 300 users or larger mailboxes.
Does E1 include desktop Office apps?+
No. E1 includes web and mobile versions of Office apps only. For full desktop installs on Windows and Mac, upgrade to E3 or E5.
Can I upgrade to E3 later?+
Yes, you can upgrade anytime with no data loss. E3 adds desktop Office apps, unlimited OneDrive storage, Windows 11 Enterprise, and advanced compliance tools. We handle the switch.
Do you provide tax invoices?+
Yes, proper tax-compliant invoices are provided for all purchases. Perfect for business expense claims and accounting.
Is email migration included?+
