Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Cloud Support Technician (L1) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our clients’ cloud technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Skills Required

  • Cloud Security Fundamentals
  • Cloud Computing Concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Cloud Monitoring
  • Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Basic Troubleshooting

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve Tier 1 support requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for relevant systems and applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 0-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
