How much OneDrive storage is free?
- Free Microsoft account: 5 GB.
- Microsoft 365 Personal/Family: 1 TB per person.
- Microsoft 365 Business (Basic/Standard/Premium): 1 TB per user, expandable to 5 TB+.

- Sign in: personal Microsoft account or work account.
- Pick folders to sync; enable "Files On-Demand" so cloud files don't eat your disk.
- Optional: turn on Desktop/Documents/Pictures backup (Settings → Sync and backup).

OneDrive ships inside the Microsoft 365 Apps installer — deploy suite-wide via the Office Deployment Tool / config.office.com.
