Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled AWS SysOps Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our clients' cloud technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Skills Required

• CloudFormation/Terraform
• AWS Services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS)
• AWS Security Best Practices
• AWS CLI/SDK

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for relevant systems and applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2-5 years of relevant experience. Certifications related to the specific technologies are advantageous.
