We offer 24/7 support for all MySQL Server issues. Our support team will respond to your support requests within 2 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 24/7) and within 4 hours during weekends(24/7). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Level of Support

Business hours (Monday to Friday:24/7): Our support team will respond to your support requests within 2 hours.
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday:24/7): Our support team will respond to your support requests within 4 hours.

Payment Terms

The payment terms for our support plans are as follows:

  • Pay Per Incident: You will be charged a flat fee of $200 for each support incident. A support incident is a problem that cannot be broken down into subordinate problems. If a problem can be broken down into subordinate problems, each subordinate problem will be considered a separate incident.
  • Reactive: You will be charged a monthly fee of $250 per server. This fee covers unlimited support incidents during the month.
  • Fully Managed: You will be charged a monthly fee of $300 per server. This fee covers unlimited support incidents during the month, as well as 24/7 monitoring and maintenance.
